Before you apply Visa options, eligibility, travel purpose, children, Phu Quoc Island, and more. 13
1What is the work visa option?

The work visa purpose adds a 30 USD service fee compared with Tourist. You must provide the sponsoring company name, phone number, and address in Vietnam.

2Do I need sponsor company information for a business visa?

For a business visa, sponsor company details are optional. Add them if available to help us review your case.

3Do I need a visa to enter Vietnam?

It depends on your nationality, passport type, travel purpose, entry route, and stay length. Use our Visa Checker for a quick first answer. Contact support if your case is unusual.

4Which service option should I choose?

Choose based on your travel date, document readiness, and urgency. If your trip is close or an application has a problem, contact support before choosing an option.

5What is the difference between eVisa support and Visa on Arrival support?

eVisa support is for an online Vietnam eVisa request. Visa on Arrival (VOA) is a different route for selected urgent or special cases after review.

6What is the difference between single entry and multiple entry?

Single entry allows one entry during the visa validity period. Multiple entry allows more than one entry if approved. Choose multiple entry if you plan to leave Vietnam and return during the same trip.

7Do children need their own visa?

Usually yes, unless the child is covered by a valid exemption or a specific official rule. Each child with a separate passport should normally be treated as a separate applicant in the order form.

8Do I need a visa for Phu Quoc Island?

Some travelers may qualify for Phu Quoc visa-free entry under specific conditions. You may still need a visa if you travel beyond Phu Quoc, stay longer, or use another route.

9I am Vietnamese overseas. Do I still need a visa?

If you travel with a foreign passport, you may need a visa or may qualify for a visa exemption certificate. The right option depends on your documents and travel plan.

10Should I choose tourism or business purpose?

Choose the purpose that matches your trip. Tourism is for leisure or personal travel. Business is for meetings, events, or work-related visits. Contact support if you are unsure.

11Do I need a visa if I only transit through Vietnam?

It depends on your route, airport, passport, transit time, and whether you pass immigration. A visa may be needed if you collect baggage, change airports, leave the transit area, or stay overnight.

12What is the difference between eVisa, Visa on Arrival support, and an embassy visa?

An eVisa is an online visa option. VOA is a separate airport-stamping option for selected cases after review. Embassy or consular options may fit cases outside standard eVisa support.

13Do I need an account to use Vietnam GoEasy?

No account is required. Submit your request, save the order reference, and use it when checking status or contacting support.

Documents and applicant details Required documents, photos, personal information, and applicant details. 15
14What information is required for each applicant?

For each applicant, prepare the full name, passport number, date of birth, nationality, passport expiry date, passport bio page, and portrait photo.

15What documents should I prepare before starting?

Prepare a clear passport bio page, a recent portrait photo, travel dates, entry and exit ports, and one main contact email and phone number. For groups, prepare documents for each traveler.

16What are the passport requirements?

Your passport should be readable, undamaged, and valid for travel. Six months of validity is the safest general guideline. For 30-day eVisa support, Vietnam GoEasy may review some cases with at least 2 months remaining. Upload the full bio page, including the machine-readable lines.

17What are the photo requirements?

Use a recent front-facing portrait with a plain light background. Keep the face clear and uncovered. Avoid glasses, hats, shadows, filters, blurry images, and cropped photos.

18Can I upload a phone photo of my passport?

Yes. Upload a clear color photo of the full passport bio page. Do not crop the page or cover any details.

19What if I enter the wrong passport number or wrong personal information?

Contact support as soon as possible. Some mistakes can be corrected if found early; others may require a new request.

20What if I don’t have my hotel address yet?

You may continue if your hotel or address is not available yet. Our team may ask you to provide or confirm it later if it becomes necessary for the request.

21What if I don’t have a flight ticket yet?

You can leave the flight number blank if you haven’t purchased a ticket yet. If flight details later become important for an urgent case or airport service, support will ask you to provide them.

22Do you need my exact arrival date?

Yes, the arrival date is important because the visa validity period depends on the dates submitted. Choose a date that matches your travel plan as closely as possible.

23Can I enter Vietnam before the approved visa start date?

No. You should not enter before the approved validity start date. If your travel date moves earlier, contact support to review what options may be available.

24Can I enter Vietnam after the approved visa start date?

Usually, you can enter after the start date as long as the visa is still valid and the entry conditions match your approved visa. You must still leave before the visa expires.

25Can I leave Vietnam after the visa expiry date?

No. You should leave Vietnam on or before the visa expiry date. Overstaying can lead to penalties or other complications.

26Can I change my entry port after the visa is approved?

Yes. If your approved Vietnam eVisa is valid and your new arrival point is an eligible Vietnam eVisa entry port, you can usually enter through a different eligible port. Please check the port before travel and contact support if your route is unusual, urgent, or connected with another service.

27Can I enter Vietnam through a different port than the one on my visa?

Usually yes, as long as your Vietnam eVisa is still valid and the new arrival point is one of the eligible eVisa entry ports. If you are unsure whether your port is eligible, contact support before travel so we can help you check.

28Do I need to print my eVisa or approval document?

Keep both a printed copy and a digital copy of your approved eVisa or entry document. Airline or airport staff may ask to see it.

Urgent support Urgent processing, emergency help, expedited service, and timelines. 6
29How does urgent eVisa support work?

For urgent cases, share your nationality, arrival date and time, entry airport, current application status, and document readiness. We review feasibility before confirming the best available option.

30When should I choose urgent support?

Choose urgent support when your travel date is close, an application is delayed, or details may need review. If your flight is soon, contact support before paying.

31Can Vietnam GoEasy help during weekends or holidays?

Yes. We can receive requests during weekends and holidays, but official working conditions may affect timing. Contact support early if your travel date is close.

32Do you guarantee visa approval?

No. Final visa decisions are made by the relevant authority. We review urgent cases before confirming support and help reduce avoidable mistakes.

33Can you help if my profile is complicated?

Yes. Share the situation honestly so our team can review it. If a case is not suitable for urgent handling, we will explain the safest available next step.

34Can you support urgent cases during Vietnamese holidays?

We can review urgent requests during Vietnamese holidays, but timing may be affected by official working conditions, document quality, and case details. Contact support as early as possible.

Payment, order status, and refund Payment methods, order status, tracking, and refund policy. 17
35What if I don’t have a Vietnam phone number or Vietnam address yet?

Use your current mobile or WhatsApp number if it will work in Vietnam. For the address, use your booked or expected hotel details and update support later if needed.

36What does a manual quote mean?

Some nationalities require review before we can confirm the price. Submit the basic request first and save your order reference. If support is available, we will send a confirmed quote and payment link.

37How do I pay after a manual quote is confirmed?

After support confirms the quote, your order status changes to Quote Ready - Payment Pending. You can open the payment link in the email or enter your order reference on the Check Status page, then choose Pay Confirmed Quote. The Payment Summary page will show the confirmed amount.

38How is pricing handled for special-handling nationalities?

For the current temporary setup, special-handling nationalities use a 200 USD base service price per applicant, plus the selected processing or urgent surcharge. Some nationalities cannot use automatic pricing and must go through manual quote instead.

39When does visa processing time actually start?

Processing time starts only after Vietnam GoEasy has received full payment, all required information, and acceptable passport/portrait photos. If a passport image, portrait photo, payment confirmation, or supporting detail is missing or unsuitable, the case may be placed on hold until the issue is corrected.

40What Vietnam time and authority windows should I know?

All timing is based on Vietnam time (GMT+7). Service timing is calculated by Vietnam time (GMT+7), using the published Vietnam GoEasy cut-off/result table for the selected package and excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Vietnam public holidays unless manual emergency support is separately confirmed. Requests outside suitable windows may be counted from the next available working window.

41What does pending or need-more-information mean?

It means the request cannot move normally because a photo, passport page, travel detail, supporting document, payment confirmation, or extra explanation needs correction or review. Please reply as soon as possible because normal processing time may pause while the case is waiting for customer response.

42How do I know my order has been received?

After submission, you receive an order reference. Save it for status checks and support follow-up.

43How can I check my order status?

Enter your order reference on the Check Status page. Public tracking shows safe status information only and never displays passport files, payment details, or internal notes.

44How will I receive my result?

We send updates using the contact details in your request. Keep your order reference and check your email, including spam or junk folders.

45What payment methods are available?

Available payment methods appear on the payment page. For manual-review cases, wait for a confirmed quote and payment link.

46Is online payment secure?

Use the secure payment page linked to your order or confirmed quote. Never send card details or CVV in chat.

47Why was my card or payment not accepted?

A payment can fail because of bank limits, card settings, verification checks, or payment-provider rules. Try again or contact support if the problem continues.

48Can I cancel my order?

If you have not paid, you can stop before payment. If you already paid, contact support as soon as possible. Refund eligibility depends on the service stage, work already performed, and applicable third-party costs. Please read the Refund Policy for details.

49Will I receive a receipt or confirmation?

Yes. Keep your order reference and payment confirmation. If anything is unclear, contact support with the order reference only; never send card details in chat.

50What if my visa application is refused by the authority?

Official filing or processing charges are normally non-refundable. Vietnam GoEasy may review a support refund for the affected visa service. Applicable bank, payment, transfer, exchange-rate, and third-party fees may be deducted.

Airport arrival & departure support Arrival support, departure help, airport fast track, and escort service. 15
51What are the cancellation rules for airport assistance?

Before payment, you may cancel without a fee. After payment, airport-service cancellations made at least 72 business hours before the scheduled time may be reviewed for refund after applicable costs. Requests within 72 business hours are normally non-refundable because staff or partner arrangements may already be reserved.

52Can I change my flight time after booking airport support?

If you request a change at least 36 business hours before the registered airport service time, Vietnam GoEasy will try to rearrange the service when availability allows. If your flight is delayed or changed by external factors, contact support as early as possible, ideally at least 6 hours before the new service time.

53What should I do if I cannot find the airport representative?

Call the support hotline or message the instructed support channel immediately and follow the instructions. If you do not contact Vietnam GoEasy within 2 hours of the registered arrival/service time, the case may be treated as used or no-show and no refund may be available.

54Can I add airport support services?

Yes. Depending on availability, you can request Arrival Fast Track, Departure Fast Track, or VIP Departure Assistance. Airport services are reviewed separately and do not replace a valid visa or official clearance.

55What is the difference between Arrival Fast Track and Departure Fast Track?

Arrival Fast Track is for travelers arriving in Vietnam. Departure Fast Track is for travelers leaving Vietnam and usually starts after airline check-in and baggage drop. If you simply ask for “airport fast track,” our team may ask whether you need arrival support or departure support before confirming the right path.

56What is VIP Departure Assistance?

VIP Departure Assistance is a higher-support departure option. A support representative may meet travelers at the international terminal entrance, help with luggage/cart coordination, guide them to airline check-in, and then continue support toward the departure fast-track area where available.

57Who should consider Arrival Fast Track?

Arrival Fast Track may help travelers who want clearer airport guidance, especially families, older travelers, groups, or passengers arriving after a long flight.

58Who should consider departure airport assistance?

Departure assistance may be helpful for senior travelers, families, VIP/business guests, travelers with multiple bags, or travelers who want clearer guidance when leaving Vietnam through an international terminal.

59Can staff help with airline check-in and luggage?

For basic Departure Fast Track, support usually starts after airline check-in and baggage drop. If you need help from the terminal entrance, luggage/cart coordination, and airline check-in guidance, request VIP Departure Assistance instead so support can review availability.

60Is priority security screening always available?

No. Priority security screening or higher-priority departure support can depend on airport rules, operating conditions, flight timing, and service availability. Vietnam GoEasy can request or coordinate available support where possible, but cannot guarantee that every airport lane or official step will be available.

61What information is needed for departure assistance?

Please provide departure airport, flight date, flight time, airline or flight number if available, number of travelers, whether luggage/check-in help is needed, and any special notes such as elderly travelers, children, many bags, or tight timing.

62What information is needed for airport pickup or drop-off?

Airport Pickup / Drop-off is currently paused. When this service is available again, support may ask for arrival or departure airport, date and time, flight number if available, number of travelers, luggage needs, vehicle preference, and hotel or destination address if available.

63How can I contact my driver or airport assistant?

After confirmation, support sends the meeting point and contact instructions for your airport service. Tell us as soon as possible if your flight changes.

64What documents should I bring to the airport?

Bring your passport, approved visa or entry document, flight details, and any documents requested for your case. Keep both printed and digital copies when possible.

65What if I have a problem at the airport?

Contact Vietnam GoEasy support immediately using the contact method connected with your order. If you have confirmed airport support, follow the meeting instructions and contact details provided by the support team. The exact help available depends on the service confirmed for your case and airport conditions at that time.

Privacy and support Data privacy, corrections, account, and how we can help you. 3
66How does Vietnam GoEasy protect my information?

We treat traveler details and uploaded files as sensitive information. Access is limited to support and processing needs.

67How can I contact support?

Use the Contact page, email, WhatsApp, or Telegram. For urgent cases, include your order reference if available, travel date, and selected service.

68Is Vietnam GoEasy an official government website?

No. Vietnam GoEasy is a private travel-assistance service, not a government website. Travelers may also apply directly through official government channels.
